June's Expert of the Month is Patrice Schroeder

Patrice Schroeder holds a Master’s degree in Human Behavior from National University and has nearly 20 years of experience with 211’s helpline and crisis services. She is passionate about connecting individuals and families to vital community resources and educating the public about 211’s role as both an information hub and life-saving service. Patrice is actively involved in community leadership, facilitating Palm Beach County’s Interagency Network and serving on several local boards and task forces focused on health, aging, housing, and hunger relief. Through her work, she strives to foster collaboration among community partners to better serve residents. 211 provides free, confidential 24/7 support, connecting people of all ages to resources such as food assistance, healthcare, mental health services, caregiver support, and specialized programs for seniors and veterans.
