Ms. Murray is truly a client from the community. She is a retiree, a mother and grandmother. Ms. Murray was being seen at another community health center but faced barriers with transportation due to the distance of the health center. It was when our FAU team did the community health assessment for the clinic in the surrounding neighborhood, that was she found out about our health center and services. We are located steps away from here front door and it has made her access to health care more easy and efficient. Ms. Murray values the care and compassion she experiences as a patient of the FAU/NCHA Community Health Center. She is excited to be a part of the board and looks forward to being an ambassador in the community to engage new patients.
