Diabetes Management

The FAU/NCHA Community Health Centers are an American Diabetes Association Certified Center for Self-Management. We combine education and medical treatment to confront the growing diabetes epidemic. With nearly 100,000 Palm Beach County residents who have diabetes and approximately 250,000 more at risk, we are bringing together nurse practitioners, pharmacists, educators, researchers and nutritionists to teach children and families the best ways to care for themselves and help end America’s fastest growing disease.
