High Blood Pressure Treatment

The FAU/NCHA Community Health Center provides comprehensive detection and treatment of high blood pressure. Evidence-based culturally aligned approaches are used to help individuals manage and control their blood pressure. The goal is to prevent the complications of stroke, blindness, heart attack and loss of kidney function. In addition to treatment with medications that best help the individual, classes are offered to assist individuals to control their blood pressure.
