School and Pre-Employment Physicals

The FAU/NCHA Community Health Centers offer school and pre-employment physical exams. The physicals include checking an individual’s weight, temperature, pulse, and blood pressure and head to toe health assessment. It may also include specific tests such as glucose, cholesterol, anemia screening, EKG and physical ability testing.

Age-Appropriate Vaccinations

The FAU/NCHA Community Health Centers offer age appropriate vaccines, booster shots. COVID-19 vaccinations are available.
